Excluding with us
Request self-exclusion from your account or by emailing support@havabet.co. Choose a period: 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or indefinitely (permanent). During the exclusion we will close your account to new bets and deposits, settle or refund open bets, pay out your withdrawable balance, and remove you from all marketing. A self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends; a permanent exclusion can only be lifted on request after a minimum of 12 months and a cooling-off process.
